I'm pretty sure nobody was actually underestimating AJ. It's a coach's job to instill as much confidence in their fighter as possible. Ngannou was about to box professionally for the second time and fight a second HW world champ in the process. His first two opponents were the best HWs of this era. If he doesn't feel like he can get the job done then he has no chance.

I'm from the UK and also have massive respect for Ngannou. I think Joshua wins but I wouldn't be surprised if Ngannou stops him , I doubt it will happen but its very possible the man is destined for greatness and I don't think Joshua could recover from a knockdown, plus he is alot easier to hit than Fury but the difference is AJ will be fully prepared and also capable of a vicious KO. I'd bet my house on AJ but I'd bet my cash on Ngannou. This fight could be epic !!

What's the assessment now after Francis got knocked out cold by AJ....? People slept on AJ's punching power and Francis being able to take AJ's punches. Props to Francis but he isn't the only athlete in history to have a:difficult life. People down played AJ, disrespected the hell out of AJ despite him being an Olympian medalist and former unified heavyweight champion. Good for AJ, and folks, Karma is real.

Love listening to Dewey Cooper. One thing that might be a key for ngannou is that Dewey says he's watched all of Joshua's fights from amateur to now and was a fan of his. He knows Joshua's game very well
