Frank Brickowski. Very, VERY solid player. Good shooter, good defender and a dedicated opponent of Dennis Rodman!

Long Live Brick! By the time he got to Seattle, he looked like the worst possible father to encounter when picking up your date.

Must've been Carmen Electra's father then, because he really didn't like Dennis Rodman!

My copy of Tecmo NBA Basketball for Nintendo would occasionally have a bug that give a player a whole season of points early on in the regular season. Because of this, Frank Brickowski once suddenly appeared as the league leader with 93 points a game😅 Always remembered him since then.

I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Sonics and Blazers fan. Japanese-American. Male. I don't mind saying, I can see why the women would have LOVED Frank Brokuwski, in his Spurs guise! Problem is, by the time he got to his second Sonics stint, he had gone gray, and looked his age.

He looked better grey. He looked Parisian with grey goatee and hair. When really, he was a silver Fox that can beat your ass.

Brickowski, and Tom Chambers too, were both sorta like a poor man’s Larry Bird in the NBA of that time. Both of them had great offenses, suspect defense (especially Chambers), could be difficult and taciturn personalities (but were probably pretty swell guys off court), etc. They just couldn’t quite play like Larry, but there’s honestly no shame in that and they both had pretty solid NBA careers. Whether Chambers, much less Brick, are HOF material is a different debate entirely.
@willi35123 күн бұрын
Please don't mention brickowski in the same breath as Chambers again. Chambers is a Hall of famer and was an elite offensive player. Brickowski was a journeyman role player. They're both white and that's the only thing they have in common.

1:04 It was 1995-96, and I was 23 at the time, and remember this game. Both Mahomes and Brokuwski got ejected, because of THAT tussle! It wasn't much. I thought double technical would have been ok.

Nbastore.com. Custom his name and number from one of his former teams. Be SURE about his number with that team. He wore several numbers: Sonics 34, Bucks 40, Hornets 40, Celtics 34, Spurs 43.
