BOB was one of the most terrifying characters on TV ever, but Frank seemed like such a dear soul. Thank you for posting this wonderful tribute.

The relationship between Frank and Sheryl couldn't be more removed from that of BOB and Laura/Maddy. He seemed like such a sweet guy. Twin Peaks isn't quite the same without him. RIP

One of the most shocking things to learn when I started using the internet in 2000 or something was that dear Frank Silva had passed. An amazing and talented man who scared me in all the right ways. Such a moving tribute here and remarkable footage to see. Condolences to all who knew and loved Frank. ❤️

I remember when i had 10 years old i used to watch twin peaks with my sister at night, this in 1990 or 1991, and i was always with fear but always waiting to see Bob, he was my favorite but it scars me so much. He died of aids, god dammed disease .

Frank Silva will always be missed, him and Sheryl, they were as created for each other. I read on fb that she said that she loved him, and he loved her. If he had not contracted AIDS, Sheryl and him would probably have gotten married and had children.

It's so sad he died, the 3rd season will have his absence felt I'm sure. Had he lived those school pictures of him could be used in the new episodes... perhaps trying to figure out who Bob was, if he at all ever existed as a human being... alas, it isn't to be. God bless Frank.
