ok if you watch that scene again you see Borat laugh. I think this is why it may have been deleted. When the massage guy first gets on the floor to show him how to lay down and then borat tries to get on top of him and the guys gets up really quick, Sasha Baron Cohen puts his head to one side to smile and even makes a noise. Makes the scene funnier for me.
