This is a special episode for you: Slink and Solo, the voice actors for Lamar and Franklin, will be reacting to the story line of GTA V. They’ll give a lot of insight about the process of recording for GTA V, what was part of the script and what they improvised! Stay until the end to see a little suprise! ;)
Grand Theft Auto V is a 2013 action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games.
Set within the fictional state of San Andreas, based on Southern California, the single-player story follows three protagonists-retired bank robber Michael De Santa, street gangster Franklin Clinton, and drug dealer and arms smuggler Trevor Philips-and their efforts to commit heists while under pressure from a corrupt government agency and powerful criminals.
The open world design lets players freely roam San Andreas' open countryside and the fictional city of Los Santos, based on Los Angeles.

I love how they constantly gas each other up while watching their scenes. Wild to know how much they freestyled. I always figured Rockstar ran a really tight ship on their scripts but GTA V's dialogue flow makes much more sense now

they're not VAs, they're actual actors, GTA V was made using motion capture and every single character in the game is modelled after their real-world actor

If you talk to a lot of Rockstar Games motion capture actors, a lot of the dialogue is done after their in-suit acting. Rockstar puts paper in front of them to reference from, but the actors love going off-script and owning their likeness and their character. Its that interpersonal connection that makes GTA such a storied franchise of games. These actors _are_ their characters.

Two things are clear from this video: Rockstar creates really good story-driven games that creates a strong relationship among it's cast mates. Probably cause they work on these games for so long. And second: there really should be an Oscar's for video games
