I just thought i could be in a hallmark movie where some troubled person hears me as an old busker on the street but the song i sing portrays his life up to then ,he says i've never seen you before and i say i've been here all the time . He then goes away and everything turns out well, later on goes back to have another chat but the busker isn't there , he asks the owner of the store he was outside and nobody knows who he is talking about , It won't happen but i'm available lol!.

I haven't criend properly in like a year but this had me crying my eyes out. I dont know why but in the middle of the song i started thinking about my grandparents (i have only met 1 of the 4, the 3 others died before i was old enough to have a memory, my grandma died when i was 7) and it struck me with some kind of sadness. I also started thinking about older people like you in a pandemic and i wanna wish you all the best from the bottom of my heart♥️

I've probably already commented way back but when I listen to this again today I get chills good Sir. I hope A-ha has listened to your version as it really brings out the beauty that gets lost imo. in the original. I find the same with the Calum Scott version of Robyn's "Dancing on my own" that really brings out the message - and to be honest what that sound engineer heard in Alphaville's "Forever young" that was supposed to be a Eurodisco hit but a genius saw to pull back all the extra and just focus on what's important. That, is what you do. For that I thank you.
