The REV1X is a personal favorite for me. With that being said it costs $400 so can a $200 small brand glove compete with it...
Check out the infield glove list to get a little more detail on the REV1X

Pitchers mitt I agree with but he’s not a catcher or 1B, maybe a parent or a kid could find it useful but most wouldn’t just because his opinion isn’t that valuable for mitts specifically

I remember the older REV1X videos with the outfield glove, and how they werent that good, from not being able to shape it, and how it feels depending on your hand/preference. Now it's nice to see how the REV1X can be good and show more of its worth. Never tried the infield version but from how it sounds like it feels wayy better because you can feel the ball and its lighter.

I have been thinking of getting a rev 1 x but I love my a2000 1786 broke it in just like Ryan McMahon because I also play 2nd and 3rd base so it is perfect hate a big glove even though 11.5 is small for 3rd but where 2 in the pinky for 3rd and traditional with finger out for 2nd base. Keep up this great content love it makes my day when I get a notification from ball glove king

Personally, I think Buckler does a great job. They are essentially Rawlings style copies with slight differences. Thinner in some areas than a Rawlings, but my daughter has used her buckler for some time now and it's held up so nicely. Especially after I cleaned, conditioned and relaced it. 44 if you can get it under $200 and you don't go crazy on the colors and get a good palm liner, Rawlings XLE is good and their new Rawlings Select Professional series which sits at exactly $199.99 is really nice for the price. Pretty standard in terms of looks etc. But, it performs well and has good leather. Bradley gloves are not bad either. Personally, I'm a big fan of Easton gloves.

I love the idea of the Rawlings Select Pro and had one on my short list. However, I would rather spend a few more bucks on an actual HOH OR A2000 (on sale obviously) and KNOW that it'll be good. For the $200 range I was looking at Patriot Glove Co and Grace Gloves, honestly.

I bought my 14 year old son who plays middle infield an SSK Z7 11.5 inch for $180 from their website. He likes the way it broke in similar to his heart of the hide, but for half the price. He also prefers pitching with it because of how light it is. I think you should review the glove and add it to your list of high quality budget gloves.

i think when you talk about the rev1 you have to ignore the price. everyone knows there's cheaper options. the rev is really for a niche, perfect game, top recruit, type player. No average person goes out to find a nokona, but we all know how expensive they are, and thats okay. rev has a high price, but that shouldnt be used to discredit it

hey, i started playing baseball recently and i am watching your videos. Actually i got my first baseballglove and i am searching for a way to buy a conditioner. So your recommendation is the sarna conditioner, which might be okay. But i saw in your video how you apply it with your bare hands. you shouldn´t do that. An ingredient in this conditioner is DMDM Hydantoin. This chemical is controversial and i want to warn you, that it can release small ammounts of formaldehyde which can cause cancer. So enough party pooping from me :) i have a question. Since its hard to order Sarna without horrifing shipping costs for me in europe, are there alternative household items for conditioning a leather glove? Can i use leatherconditioner for carseats or furniture instead?
