I have had these exact dispensers for 3 years now. They are pretty cheap but they have held up great and I have a teenager and an 11 year old that eat cereal pretty much every day. It works much better for cereals without fruits. Cheerios work great. Something like special k with strawberries won’t dispense many strawberries. I was shocked that it keeps cereal fresh. Of course my kids empty those things in a hurry. I think they look great in our kitchen and people always comment on them.
@2K8Si4 жыл бұрын
Cereal straight from the box does not have the 'optimal' crunch/soft chew ratio. It needs time to sit in the milk before it can reach that. Different cereals take different times to hit that sweet spot. That 2 reservoir cup prevents this from happening, and this is an automatic fail IMO.

Those sealer sticks would be great for so many things, including my dog’s treat bags. They all have that little notch to rip the bag open, and then a self-seal strip, like zip-lock bags. But, I never rip that notch correctly; either that, or the self-seal strip is too close to the tear. So, the self-seal feature frequently doesn’t seal, and treats get stale. The Bag sealer sticks (or the ones we have Gripstik) are amazing and work on every bag we have. Most of the time the cereal box gets tossed into recycle and the bag sits out with a stick on it to keep them fresh. Chip bags, get them they get held to a wall that has a binder type clip attached to. As long as your stick is long enough it will even hold liquids in, as the bag is tightly folded over. They keep things fresher a lot longer then just simply using some tape or folding/rolling. They also work on very tick bags like kettle potato chip bags which are usually quite a bit thicker. It does take a bit more finagling to get them on but they do slip on. 10/10 can never have enough of those in the house.

I agree. Didn't like them and they took too long

I actually enjoy the transitions, it shows a bit more effort and care were put into the video, to me it does not feel "over produced", instead it makes the video flow smoother and more organized :)

@@alanmoralesmex to each their own I suppose. Clearly James likes them, I just found them a little obnoxious by the end of the video, (I think it was more the sfx that accompanied it tbf) everyone is allowed to try new things with their content :)

Hannah Goodwin it seems like there was no effort tbh. Seems like it was a template from an app so yeah, I agree

The Obol comes in a larger double serving size for only $4 more. Since I'm just starting to eat cereal as a breakfast option, I think I'll get the smaller size. Amazon shows another divided bowl option for $8.99.

Some cool gadgets. I didn't know I "needed" a cereal gadget, but I just might. :) The bag things def look good, esp if they keep stuff fresh. tyfs!

Love how all the "problems" with cerial can be solved by just putting the milk first and then adding the cereal you want little by little instead of drowning an entire bowl of cereal in milk all at once

Definitely getting some of the bag sealers. This video made me so hungry. I love cereal so much!

Those bag clips are Amazing! If you don’t have one long enough you can fold the bag in before folding down and applying the clip. Wiggle clip helps getting it over bulky folds

I bought the crunch cup based on this review. I have a physical disability and I thought the crunch cup would make eating cereal a little bit easier for me. I like it, however, he is right about the learning curve when first using the cup. Also you need to have your mouth Open quite wide to get both cereal and milk in your mouth at the same time! It left me with some puddles of milk at first! LOL overall, it is a fun way to eat cereal. Thank you for the review! Love both your channel in Brandon’s channel! Keep up the good work! :-)

cereal dispenser? Never waste a move. You pour your cereal twice. Only 25 bucks? Good lord. That's about a tenth of a cent's worth of plastic ADDENDUM: Oh frack... you gotta turn that knob too? Whelp, reckon you ain't lying, it does work....

Such an ingenious idea to test cereal gadgets! I'm a "Cerealophile" because I love cereal and I'll probably give a couple a go. However, the dispenser isnt airtight so the cereal might get stale quickly.
@sandrarobinson79284 жыл бұрын
I really like the dispenser! do you think that the cereal may get stale due to the amount of air space at the top? Big fan, thanks for the great content! 👍

with the o-bowl you can control the soggyness of your cereal. So if u like it crunchy you can eat it crunchy, if u like it soggy you can eat it soggy, if you like it kinda soggy but not too soggy you can eat it that way *-*

Before I watch the video. That first gadget, it is in a lot of nurseries and preschools that I have worked in in the UK. Great for allowing children to get their own cereal or for the staff to do the breakfast round mess free 😊

I got a set of 3 or 4 of the bag sticks at a dollar store years ago. They are called Grip Sticks and work great. I wished I had gotten more at that time because while they don't break, they do tend to disappear. Glad I know where to find them now. Thank you! 👍😆
