Nah, she was a feminist succubus, made him leave his drinking buddys, tried to force him to do half the house work even though he worked all day and she was essentially a stay at home mum, then she ended up leaving him cause she said he worked to much

@@ookalar665 in her defence, he did admit to spending most of the money on his steam engine. And she said how she has to get clothes and food off of her mother too. Fred was a great man, but not the best husband

80 gallons of water to fill the steam engine tank and 500 weight of coal, which is 500 pounds of coal, I think.

20 hundredweight equals one ton...one hundredweight equals 112 pounds. 2240 pounds in a ton. A gallon of water weighs 10 pounds. 14 pounds is one stone.

@John Brewer Thankyou you said 20 hundredweight equals one ton and 100 hundredweight eqeals 112 pounds, wouldn't a 100 hundredweight equal 5 tons if 20 hundredweight equals 1 ton, and you said a 100 hundredweight equals 112 pounds that's less than 20 hundredweight which you said is equal to 1 ton, I hope that makes sense no criticism intended I just want to know if you made a mistake that's all. Thankyou so much for that it's nice to know the old weights and there values.

I thought it was just called Fred Dibnah but could be wrong. As for pulling over when you have 9 cars behind you. You obviously have never driven along the road on an engine.
