@@binary im not gonna say hes top 2 because of the limited nature of subject matter. but the fact that hes hyper focused on that is what should be celebrated.. if he raps about nothing else but and is able to craft such imagery metaphors stories... thats worthy of merit... more than a "OK"

After this verse n Pusha T Daytona album there should never be any doubt not even a 2nd thought about his credibility cause u don't sit in the house or on the porch n write this type of detailed bars, this come from actually living it. There are incredible spitters that are bar heavy that can rap on every subject that can't detail this life style the way Pusha do. U had to be there, out there, n actually be involved. ✌

A Push and Madlib collab album is NEEDED for hip hop. Push over Madlibs genius soul samples would be other worldly 🔥🔥

At one point, I was tight that Freddie didn't get as much recognition as he should, but now, I'm secretly happy and grateful that his music isn't mainstream. Yes, his music is known but it's only truly HEARD and appreciated by a specific type of audience. Makes me feel like this music belongs to me and the select ones that have ears that listen and pick up on it's insight, thereby settling for nothing less. It's like you have to be a True Seeker to find what is Great... Somewhat analogous to the masses subsisting off of antibiotic filled chicken patties, not knowing better, and then (us) the few that get to enjoy that rare, cage-free, free range Yicken! --Also, there are fools who know the options, yet don't have the taste buds or sense, to appreciate or make the distinction, completely missing the importance of a healthier and more tasteful choice. GOD Bless Freddie Gibbs, the maker of this music, and the other few artists who make anything remotely as true and profound! And then, US, the ones that have the Ears to appreciate it, thereby settling for nothing less!

Pusha killed this, but every time I hear this I’m like Freddie verse is also fire, and the hook is special and Madlib took this sample to another level.

The combination of Gibbs and Pusha is something I’d never thought I’d have the privilege to listen to. It feels like they are two Ronin, cutting up their enemy pursuers with katana blades forged only by the most respected craftsmen, their own fucking selves.
