He needs to carry pickles or salt packets with him when he's in the heat. It will save ur life. I had a guy that was cramping up laying down on the floor of our landscape trailer and I told him to eat this pickle and with in 3 minutes he's was up and walking around. After he got up I told him to eat this whole salt packet that you get at gas stations and he was totally fine after that. We told him to take a long break and sit in the truck with the ac in the middle setting of cold and hot, cus to cold of air will put you into shock, and you'll get sick from being hot and cold a bunch of times.

True I've never drank that brand but I like body armor drinks. And for Gatorade it's gotta be sugar free or I cramp up from the sugar.

When I was doing 2 a days football practice down here in central texas I’d slam a shot of cool(not cold) pickle juice every couple hours between the first and second practice and drink 12-16 ounces of water between each pickle juice shot to stay hydrated

ice packs, in the back pockets. the reuseable ones. was a chef for many years, no ac in the kitchen...lol. it works.

Where I live in the desert in CA is very much the same as this. Surrounded by red rocks everywhere, I can see where the quartz is pushing to the surface on all of them. There's a giant vein on the side of this one I've been meaning to go up there and look around. Not much rain, so it should be sitting around the formation if it's there. It kinda blows my mind that there could be tons of reef gold here and nobody has touched it because there is no water.

As a Copper Miner myself in the same state as this mine Arizona I've always found Gold mining interesting around here Copper is king but these guys hunt and manage to find the hidden treasures that we all overlook I give them props that 110 temp was probably at 8 in the morning and it continously gets hotter every single hour through out the day

One thing I do in the field when welding is I dip my bandana in cold water wrap it around my neck it keeps my blood cool and protects from heat strokes
