You have to floss every day or your breath will STINK. It is so gross. Ppl need to know this. Also, you will get gum disease if you don't floss. If you're not flossing, your gums will bleed at first, but they will touphen up quickly.

It’s true about our colour tone. It changes as we get older. It also changes if we use fake tan, which I do for Summer. My pretty pink clothes look ordinary with the tan. These small things can throw us women. We become confused what to do. Sometimes it’s these little videos that snap us back to trying again. Thank you Frederique 🇦🇺

So I know you said don't use inexpensive products, but I am very conscience about chemicals and honestly homemade, rosemary oil and rosemary oil sprayed on hair has changed my life tbh! I simmer fresh rosemary and use twice a week and it it growing my hair like crazy! but I absolutely agree with stretching , Pilates with Nicole has transformed my body , btw ladies, I went to the gym doing weights like a mad woman and nothing leans and tones your body like Pilates ! Xxxxx

I was so into salads and lots of fruits but couldn’t lose weight I’m now a carnivore and two stone down and feel great . My skin is great and I’ve got so much energy. I’m 72 and weight is 8st 8lb now . I used to be 10 st 11 lb will never eat another carb or put sugar in my body steak bacon butter and eggs that’s my food from now on carnivore for life yeah! 🩷

Couldn't agree more about SPF Sunscreen. Now I always wear light weight cycling gloves when driving to protect my hands. They also give extra grip on the steering wheel. 😃

Thank you Frederique. Your videos are great. I love your fashion advice and I am petite 5 Ft 2. I will be going to Australia for my niece's wedding in February and then on to Bali for two weeks. I have bought a long floaty chiffon dress in red. (My favourite colour) The wedding will be outside on the beach in Perth. What is your advice on the appropriate styles for weddings? I am 71 but feel 21. I live in Scotland and have never really worn make up as my eyesight isn't very good in one eye, so I am never sure if it has been applied correctly. Is it better to wear sunscreen all the time when outside in the hot weather? Any help will be appreciated. Best wishes x

Use Retin A....sunscreen on neck, chest,hands ARMS ...hats are my statement pieces very good quality because my dermatologist said ALL sunscreens screen out only 50% so hat hat hat. I mostly wear Panamas white and yellowish cream....fedors etc etc

I dye my own hair and visit the hairdresser twice a year. I wash it every day with gentle shampoo and use argon oil for tangles and jojoba with rosemary oil for scalp and length every now and again. Although my hair is thinner and a more fragile, I don't have split ends

I pop my tooth-brush piece in the fridge. I always wash it before and after brushing. Our mouths are full of bacteria, but why add more. I can’t understand people leaving an uncovered toothbrush near a toilet ? An invitation to gastro.

I believe on the FINE print it Warns expectant Mothers about some scary things that can happen if they use Olaplex. I think it should be a disclaimer out front on the product on the shelves. Correct me, if I am wrong.
