Paul Rodgers needed to have been in the Rock Hall of Fame like 10 years ago. He's one of the only artists ever to have a top 5 hit song with 4 different bands. Free, Bad Co., The Firm and The Law. he's a legend!

A lot of times, simple is the best. One of my favorite vocalist and bands right there. Y'all gotta check out some more of their tunes. Fire and Water, Mr.Big and one of my favorites, Seven Angels are great tunes. There's a video on KZfaq of an old live performance of the song Mr. Big that's really good. Of course the vocalist Paul Rodgers, went on to sing in Bad Company, the Firm (with Jimmy Page) and Queen. He has a tribute to Muddy Waters album that's worth a listen. It features Rodgers on vocals, and a lot of different famous guitarists accompanying him on each song. The song Rollin Stone, featuring Jeff Beck, is badass. And Standing Round Crying with David Gilmore is also.

This band is a British rock band formed in 1969 they are one of the first blues-rock bands to emerge from this time period, it's incredible that all the band members were so young but had some very profound lyrics for such youthful souls. They have a pretty good collection to discover; their discography consists of six studio albums, two live albums, 18 compilation albums, one EP and 16 singles along with two video albums....so a lot more to check out and discover, if you enjoy listening to their tunes. Here's one of the songs from their debut album, if interested. "Free - Walk In My Shadow - 1969" (by the channel: Tom Kane) --This is from the album "Tons Of Sobs" while the album failed to chart in the UK, it reached 172 in the US.

The best band ever in my opinion. The Song was written when they were 16 years old. Wish I'd written a song as good as that in 1970 that's still being played now. When Free played this at the Isle of Wight festival in 1970 they couldn't have imagined it would still be played. Don't overstate Paul Kossoff's guitar work, crisp and concise as it always was. Andy Fraser's bass and Simon Kirke's drumming held this band together in the same way that John Paul Jones and John Bonham did for Led Zep. Paul Rodgers vocals are superb on this song arrogant and strutting just like Rock N roll should be..
