My Sam was sweet like this boy. He was a blonde and we liked him short like this not the normal cocker cut. I miss him so much. He was the best dog I ever had ❤

I had several Cocker's growing up. constant care with the ears. Rascal had to be put down because they couldn't get the infection cleared up in two years. I'm sorry the owner is struggling. It may st be difficult for them.

What a bummer he was so matted, his coat was absolutely beautiful long. My cocker is always kept in full coat, never shaved down, not even on his neck or the tops of his feet. It's a lot of daily brushing, but I love the long billowy hair.

Bless you for doing this for the dog. I don’t think people know how painful mats are for the dogs. He looks like an older pup but he is beautiful. I don’t understand why some people get dogs that need to be groomed or at least brushed regularly when they can’t or don’t want to do that or can’t afford it. I know some owners have changes in their health that limit what they can do. I’ve got a Boston terrier and she just needs a bath once in a while.

To bad this doggie has been so neglected. It makes me mad, just because the owners are in a wheelchair or otherwise.. They have NO business owning a dog if they can’t be a responsible pet owner. I applaud you, for giving these free grooms to help these doggies and make them more comfortable. Too bad you have to give so many shave downs. It would be nice if you had more dog fur styling videos for the different breeds.

Beautiful show cocker. We have a lovely English chocolate roan one and their ears are particularly difficult to keep matt free. We shave ours short especially due to seeds, etc getting stuck in their coat. They have the most wonderful tempermanent too.

God bless you to help the owner and the beautiful dog. Some people made stupid comments without paying attention what you did say. THE OWNER IS IN A WHEELCHAIR. This person may have to choose to buy medication and have food in the table and as much as she/he wants to spend money on her dog, she/he cannot afford it. We need to be more empathetic one to another.

A great ear wash that’s cheap for EVERYONE that kills yeast and bacteria is green tea. You make it let it cool and squirt in the ear as a wash. It helps and if you cannot afford to go the vet at least this can give some relief and cost less than $5 from Walmart for a month of 2 a day.

had an idea. if you need content, you can do say "Matted Monday" and free groom matted dogs & cats on that day so if people need a grooming they can plan accordingly. do say the first five or so for free. i dont know how many dogs you do in a day, and you can film them

That looks like a severe yeast infection in his ear. They get so deep down they sometimes just can't be cured. It's terribly painful when they are so far down next to the ear drum.
