Thank you for the video and tutorial! I am new to sewing and would love to sew my granddaughter this nightgown. I only have flannel. How would I cut the back to add small buttons to allow for the head since the flannel won’t stretch? Thank you again!

This pattern is specifically for knit fabrics. If you wanted to use it for flannel see about searching Google for adding buttons to flannel.

Can we add FOE on neckline rather than the neck binding? Great tutorial. Two grands are going to have new matching nightgowns for Christmas

I don't see why you couldn't use FOE. It might actually be a little bit softer. As long as you can stretch it enough you should be good to go. I hope your grandkids love their nightgowns.

I was wondering what the measurements on the neckline piece are? It doesn't appear to be in the pattern unless I am reading it wrong. Beginner sewer here so just trying to work through it!

Typically they're on the actual pattern pieces. Check the printed pattern and there should be a table with a cutting chart.
