Free HIGH QUALITY Custom Brushes in Photoshop

In this series called "How to Get the Most From Adobe" we're going to go in to full Adobe "shill" and "fanboy" mode, as I get paid millions of dollars, to talk about all of the "extras" that you get with your $9.99 Lightroom and Photoshop subscription. Don't post a comment, because I'll be busy driving my Lamborghini to my beachfront house ;-)
Or... what is more likely the case... I created this series for people who subscribe to the Adobe plan and just want some simple, free info on some things that they may not even know is included with their subscription. And anyone that doesn't use Lightroom or Photoshop or hates Adobe, should probably question themselves for watching a video titled "Get the Most From Lightroom and Photoshop" (Just sayin') ;-)

Matt, thanks for this great series. Just love it. I never did much with my subscription other than using LR & PS. Your series has opened up a whole bunch of benefits that I had not known about.

Matt, This is an excellent series, and I'm looking forward to more of them. Be careful driving your Lamborghini around outside your beachfront house - you don't want to get it stuck in the sand below the high tide mark :)

Matt, thanks for making this Monday more creative! How would I as an Adobe Cloud user, locate all of the free designer presets and tools without videos like yours? I looked thru Adobe and they were not as easy to locate. thanks, Margie

Thanks for gr8 tutorial. lightroom haters say capture one is better for sharpening and color in raw files. what is your take? capture one has different starting point compare to lightroom? do they use more capture sharpening and saturation on import?

I have never done this before and so I tried it out after watching your video, and it turns out it was all my 7-year-old Macbook Pro could handle, time to think of a more powerful Mac.

Thank you Matt for this excellent tutorial. I love it :-). I was struggling with the brush settings. When I did a paint stroke with the same brush, it took about 15 sec before he stops painting. I tried a few adjustments, but I find not the right one. Is there a solution?

Hi. Some brushes are very processor intensive and on large photos will take a while. There’s no workaround though.

@@Waumalu The workaround I discovered was to reduce the canvas size. I reduced my image to 33% of the original. The result looks great IMHO. Printing might be a different story.
