Hey, I've got a question, is there a way to find the native access key serial of a free vst ? Cuz when I try to use kontakt 6 (lite version) with a free vst, it shows demo and closes automatically after 15 minutes, unless if I add a serial number on native access, can someone please help?

Hey Rayane! You need Kontakt Player 7 to run Vivace Legacy, not Kontakt 6. Go grab Kontakt 7 Player from NI and see if it works. Cheers!

@@rayaneferouni8658 Right, OK, I think I understand now. Are you trying to run a free library that you downloaded from the internet? If the free Kontakt library doesn't come with a serial number, then you can't run it in Kontakt Player. Otherwise, you need the full version of Kontakt to run free libraries.

@@palebluedotstudios I think on kontakt player 7 cause I installed a another kontakt player bank but it wouldn’t show up in kontakt 6 so I updated to kontakt 7

Yes, you get sent a serial number and you have to paste that into Native Instrument's Native Access app to add it to your Kontakt Library.

@@palebluedotstudios I added it to my cart and it was automatically removed when I went to check out with a message saying something about they had stopped sales but it would be returning, with no real explanation of why or if it would return for free or not.

It should be available again. I just spoke with them and they said they had to temporarily take it offline due to suspicious activity...which may have been the result of interest from this very video! Haha. Anyway, they said it's back online now!
