I have a friend helping me but I did notice the power of attorney was not automatically in the forms when they uploaded. I'm glad I ran across this video by any chance is there anything else outside of the do-it-yourself video that I need so that I can make sure that everything is done when I when I complete my trust. Amen! Awesome brother! Thank you for this. QUESTIONS: What if you own another home out of state, and what if you are away from your primary home but needing to set up the POAs and Trust? My parents are at their small cottage in NY state for the Summer, but their primary home is in TX. Mom has dementia (incapacitated, but not yet legally declared so); Dad's health is declining, but he's still capable. Dad wants to know if there is any way to get the POA's done while they are still in NY. He wants me to have full agent authority immediately. I'll be visiting them in NY state soon for a couple weeks. Do it then? Thank you so much!
