SO very thankful for this video!! I'm in the garage, it's a New England winter, on the bike trainer...this is the best biking video I've found on KZfaq!! Amazing! Please post more! What is great is no constant stream of advertisements messing my flow, no constant buffering of the video (regardless of my settings), wonderful scenery. Please post more!

Thanks for posting a new ride! This was an awesome one and I was able to really push hard. I especially liked the positive message of support throughout the ride instead of the typical GCN message of “this ride is brutal, my legs are burning, oh this is so hard, blah, blah, blah”! Thanks so much for the encouragement instead! Loved it!

Great ride! I liked it very much: outdoor setting, great positive comments and encouragements from Alexis, the trainer. Noticing that the work was hard for her made it feel more human: Other trainers look like they do not ever get tired. This is way more realistic and encouraging.

How do you know what gear to be in? Do you just pick one with resistance and go with it?

Alexis is using a smart trainer and a prototype version of our app that adds and removes resistance automatically to follow the workout. For regular trainers you should add or remove resistance manually to how you are feeling.
