Seen, mi totally get what you’re saying but without the information those charges can’t be laid first the police need to know the totality of the circumstances exactly how and what happen before they can determine whether it was reckless and so on then the relevant charge would be apply

Personally bin watching Chuckey too long to think evil of his daughter who has appeared many times in his videos. They have a loving relationship. Unfortunately, she was caught on camera during a moment of anger that we all have as family members. She shouldn’t have disrespected her father but it’s was wrong of Simon to post it as well. We all know that things can get heated in family matters and we say things we don’t really mean in arguments. She seemed to have sided with Simon in an argument he and Chucky had and it was used against her. I’m hopeful she and him had reconciled before his passing 😔. I feel it for her man, she loved her dad! As for his woman, I also hope she’s okay, she made him happy in his last days. If you watched Chuckie over the years he always used to say he wants his own love, someone to love and share with who could deal with his lifestyle lol. She made that wish come true

@@NATURALMYSTICMK wow, of course I think everyone saw it. The thing is, who hasn’t had heated disagreements with close family saying things that should never be said. We are all human with human emotions. There have been so many other videos over the years that featured Chuckys daughter and their relationship in a positive light, why should she be judged for that one where obviously she was irate about some very personal family matters, where in my opinion the camera person should not have pushed a camera in her face and even worse posted said footage from such an intimate and personal moment between her and her dad. It’s obvious he, the camera person himself was also irate but didn’t have the balls to say what he wanted to say on camera. I think he, the camera person also now regrets it but it’s already done and too late, but they were both, very upset at the time. Remember he had been a friend to Chuckey for many years and the family by extension, so it was natural for them to take his side as opposed to Chuckeys new found love. What’s sad about this to me is that Chuckey seemed to have felt like he had to choose between the two. He, in my opinion didn’t have to. As a man, sit the woman down and say hay, this is how the table set up and that’s it, you welcome, and then do the same with his family, look, this who I choose, this how things set up, now you all respect me and respect each other, that’s it and that’s all. A little of what I picked up on in the video was that homeboys booking was canceled without any notice or explanation by Chuckey and was believed to be the doing of his new love. I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️ but if that is true then one might see how upset everyone would have been about the entire situation.

I would think that if the person knows that he or she is at fault they wouldn’t just do that it’s down to the evidence, information, and intent that will determine whether it was malicious or careless driving and the charges will apply once the police determine such to say otherwise without evidence to me would be irresponsible just my opinion

Jasmin....he was unconscious and not breathing on his own and on life support at the hospital. Severe head injuries so i dont know what he could have said to who found him. Sounds off to me. Lets hope who 'found him' was not the person who hit him.

Yes Rasta, let’s wait for the police report before to take any conclusion. We are all devastated, the truth will come out we have no choice than to wait. And for the daughter even if she said what she said Simon should never record it and put it on social media. Of course he just deleted the video but it’s too late, she will have to leave with deep regrets. We can see that Simon clearly used Chucky’s daughter to hurt him.

Chucky's daughter was feeling what she was feeling at the time. there was no need to apologize, my girl. Who feels it knows it, and Simon did not put words in her mouth. Simon felt disrespected by chucky, and we all saw that he spent a lot of money to make the videos, and maybe chucky was told he was getting cheated by the content creator. I am sure Simon gave Chucky things, and he cared for Chucky. It takes a lot to fly from where he flew from and to create the contents and equipment costly. I saw where he helped chucky a lot. Greedy people brainwashed chucky. I do not agree with what you are saying about his daughter doing wrong. You might not say it in so many words, but saying u hope she was able to make amends to me would make her feel like she did something wrong.

She said what she said at that time but now she clearly regretting and crying all the time as Chucky’s cousin said. That’s means she knows she did wrong. As the Ras said I hope both of them had the chance to talk and that everything was all right between them after that. Simon never explained what was the argument between him and Chucky, fair enough but he should never record and release the video of Chucky’s daughter. He was not man enough to confront him and used his daughter video to hurt him.
