Helpful video, but a couple of things: you don't need to remove the battery, it doesn't provide any additional working space. You didn't state when reinstalling the Master Cylinder, that you want to connect the clutch pedal connector before securing the MC into the bulkhead, else it is impossible to get the fitting onto the pedal bracket and you'll probably also need to push the clutch pedal away from you to make the space to get the fitting on. A word of warning when removing the MC from the clutch peddle, be careful as the clutch pedal will spring up, so watch your face!

Thanks for that buddy, it’s very similar to the setup on my Rover 45, my master cylinder for the clutch is failing slowly so I was just seeing how tricky a job it is. Looks pretty straightforwards.

How did you access the clutch pedal to release it from slave? And what do you need to do to release it?

some times to put it on 1st gear i have to press 2 times the pedal
