There's one cool detail you must've overlooked; the Deibus Studios logo is actually rendered in engine, and there's a random person ragdolling in front of the logo, whose appearance will change every time you boot the game up.

Hell yeah! Another great vid. This game was a bit hard to talk about with people who had no reference of “FMX” when i was in school. As far as snowboarding games give coolboarders a look if you havent yet. Cheers

Some other games I know that have different console covers are Rayman 2 (in addition to regional covers), Legends of Wrestling 2, The Simpsons Game, and the SpongeBob Truth or Square game.

I’ve been waiting for a channel to really do a deep dive into classic extreme sports games and give them the attention they deserve. Not just review the Tony Hawk games. You treat these games with the respect they deserve and not just call them tony hawk clones. Suggestions - MTV snowboarding games (one of them is called pure ride) TJ Lavins BMX games The horribly reviewed Gravity Games BMX game. Sorry if you’ve done these… I need to catch up on your uploads

Have you heard of Rollerdrome? It's a bit like Jet Set Radio meets Tony Hawks with guns. It's pretty addictive, but can be quite brutal at times. I think it's made by the folks behind Olli Olli. It's well worth checking out!

I grew up with one of the Cool Boarders PS1 games instead of SSX. Though I'll admit I've never really looked for it, I haven't seen anyone do a video on those games. I genuinely enjoy your opinion pieces, and I think it would be cool if you could add the Cool Boarders games to the list

Hi just wondering is there a way i can get this game to today? Unfortunately sold my ps2 😢 a long time ago and use to play this game avidly as a kid lol. Really miss it though and have an xbox 360 if its backwards compatible but if not is there anyway i can get it on my pc?

It doesn't appear on the backward compatibility list, so probably a no to using xbox 360. I played on PC using PCSX2. If you don't feel comfortable downloading an iso, PCSX2 has support for booting games directly from disc and it works just as well.
