THIS CYLINDER HAD A INTAKE VALVE DAMAGE. THERE IS NOT A ACTUAL REASON OR CAUSE ON WHAT OR WHY THIS PROBLEM HAPPENED. USUALLY, DD15 ENGINES AFTER 700 THOUSAND MILES ARE EXPOSE TO THIS PROBLEM.
