Maybe, but you’re probably not going to hear a leak like this from inside the cab. Usually you can only find it when the truck is running and when the engine is running you cannot hear the leak. Unless it is very severe, like the line burst or disconnected. You may be hearing your park brake valves or a fifth wheel valve or something like that in the dash.
