bro, Cascadia 2014 showing ,, solid regen light , check engine light and yellow lights on .. I did regen many of times , but same code showing , now also showing iemissions system 10% derate .. but truck is running on speed . can I do that same ? diagnose report . NOx conversation efficiency very low.some other coeds .. please advise me bhaji.

I’m using water with def, no problems, 4-5 gal water + def

i dont think so, if you change the sensor and still have probles, have your mechanic scan it with the laptop, check the injectors, my truck had 2 injectors not spraying right, i replaced them, and now its working fine

@@YolkSandwich I did a forced regen using Jpro software. It finished in 45 minutes with no issues. I don't have any codes whatsoever.

you can do that too, but you will need to put a plug on the one box, so no air comes out

@@TRUCKINGTIPSDIY Then I have to buy a new one. Both the inlet and outlet are pretty new about 1 month old. I went down to the dealer today and I asked them if they have any core returned because I did return mine less than a month ago. Unfortunately, they didn't have one so I bought a new one. This is my last ditch of saving this sensor but I guess now I have to use it. Even though I got myself out of 5 miles derate a couple of times, I do not want derated at all. On a flat road even when loaded heavy, truck is fine. It is when I get into the hills that I get derated. Mechanic says I need a new One Box but I am not ready for that yet. I am going to plug the new one in today and see what codes I get. I can live with an amber light for a while. I was about just to unplug one and see what happens but I got your reply. Thanks a lot my friend. You have helped a lot of people with this valuable tip.

@@TRUCKINGTIPSDIY I did my first trip with the bypass today. A couple of days ago when I did the bypass, I was expecting an amber light and a code but that did not happen. Today I went on the road and picked up my usual load that always gave me a derate on the hills. No derate and I still don't even have a fault code or an amber light. Screw the Freightliner engineers and qudos for you, chief.

Hi ,he said it in the begining ,that code could be caused by many other things ,Injectors ,one box (SCR) ,EGR system issues ETC

Maybe you have to try TATA is still new with this system. So may be you can cheat computer

you can use is for a long time, just make sure your dpf filter is clean
