I did this today and it came out very well! I still had a big issue with my part in the back. I tried pulling up on the top part of my hair but still have a noticeable part. Might have to play around with it. Thanks for the tutorial!!

Very nice! I think I am going to use this for an upcoming event! Gotta practice tho :-) I wish you showed how to cover the part in the back, as it isn't at all visible when you're showing the final look.

Stellina Oh shoot I didn't cut anything out when I was pinning it. But if you're part is still showing at the end I would just gently pull on the top like I did earlier in the video to give some volume and it will hide your part. :)

I dont get the point of the diagonal part? it seems similar with a normal side part I think. anyway, really pretty !

geekista It makes it so you have more hair on that side of the part. It helps make your braids look the same amount of thickness so one isn't super tiny and other is huge. :)
