Acne is an autoimmune disorder. It amazes me how many people don’t realize that. Acne is internal. I’m so happy for you, I still deal with acne on and off, it’s the lost frustrating thing ever

I watched your entire video and cried. I have been suffering from cystic acne for 15 years. Thought it would go away as i became an adult but it didn't. Double cleanse now, changed my diet and its clearing up. Will get the food sensitivity tests done too. Thank you so much for making this video❤ ❤❤

all the diets but you did not mention carnivore. The only non inflammatory thing to eat is meat and your acne is obviously an inflammation. This is what I keep telling ppl that if you have an issue do carnivore and then see how you react.

All my hormonal acne got really bad right after my first and third pregnancy. I had perfect skin during pregnancy but as soon as my kids were born my jawline broke out so bad! Deep hard painful cyst around my neck and behind my ears. It was so so painful. Only thing that helped me was Accutane. That was my story.

need list of hormones that should be checked. Dont know if its of sense to take all these supplements without continous validation if the values are low. any man with experiences with winlevi here? Its not usable in europe yet before most likely 2025.

Oh my goodness, this feels so similar to my story. I have cystic acne and acne in the lower part of my face, I’ve started to wonder if it’s hormonal. I’ve tried so many products that only make it worse. My youngest is 4, I have a copper IUD that makes me bleed a bunch, I’ve been anemic in my pregnancies. I have problems with skin picking. Thank you so much for sharing, this gives me so much hope. I was already planning on getting my iud out, but I’ve been scared to go to a dermatologist. But I’m looking into the hormonal thing now- thanks again for sharing!

My skin broke out suddenly ...exactly the same as yours. I immediately quit all grains because I figured out the issue was wheat. It healed at the 6 month mark. I tested my cells and over half of them had no zinc, so my hormones went wild. It took after 4 years to get the zinc back to 100%. Low carb, nutrient dense diet works best.

Gluten free, diet, no GMO foods. Gluten , wheat, corn rice, oats, soybeans, Thyroid, is your problem. Read the book why do I still have symptoms if my blood test says I am normal . The food you eat is the problem. If I eat bread my legs break out red rashes. And I feel strange inside. Watch the movie my brain on fire. Netflix.

Oral hygiene!!! When you sleep some people slobber alot and the mouth bacteria ends up on your face causing outbreaks. Before bed floss, brush and this is very important rinse with an oral antiseptic. Also change your bedding once a week especially your pillow case.
