I would use Gilbert Roy. Easy name to remember and more humanizing.

French River Woodworks works! Plus it tells you what the channels is about, woodworking. Just using your name, or "springs" doesn't really narrow that down for me, it could be anything, it could be about water or anything. French River Woodworks rolls off the tongue too and it's fun to say, listen to that alliteration with "r" sound, very catchy and easy to remember.

French River Woodworks sounds great! It also implies fine work as opposed to Northern Carpenter which implies more of a rough work.

French River Woodworks. The name has character and soul, and it sounds pretty unique. Northern carpentry sound like you're near the north pole, which you aren't, and i think it's a (too) common name. Anyway, good luck whatever choice you make!

Carpenter usually implies remodeling or framing a room/house. You might miss a lot of potential viewers who are doing a google search if you want to focus your channel on woodworking. You mentioned you were not able to read my second post yesterday. I suggested you could give you customers a small discount rather than trying to accurately figure time spent on camera setup, if you wanted to do a video on their project. You could do 1 or 2 stationary cameras where you do most of your work (with remote on/off) and a mobile unit (Jay bates used a post stuck in a bucket of cement on a wheeled cart). New Yorkshire Workshop did a video on making a cheap camera boom.

I would go with Outback Woodworking or Bush Woodworking. It’s catchy and signifys where you live. Loved that knot filling repair kit. Too expensive for hobbyists or weekend warriors.
