In English, it will be called a smoothie because of the mashed up fruits / blended fruits Juices would have the pulp and fiber removed, thus it will just be pure sugar

Ini nih the real healty juice.. Cuma pake buah, es batu dikit, plus simple syrup. Gak ada campuran lain kayak jus buah di indo, jadinya malah ga sehat karena terlalu banyak tambahan garnis..

This is really value for money, they got plenty of juice. In some videos ive seen people filling the cup with icecubes to tge brim and pour just a little bit of the actual beverage into it.
