I am done with powder eyeshadows and fully embracing cream ones! The aqua finish is so lovely! Since I have such hooded eyes I think these would be so much easier and safe for me😊 I think you look gorgeous in this look, fresher. I agree that sometimes you need to grow on certain colors that look good, not perfect but not bad and you may surprise yourself

Pretty, pretty and fresh summer look. I think this lip color suits you very well and many others would say the same. Not with pink, but with red lips, I also have this problem, that I think the color is not for me. But when I have red lips, I always get compliments. I think many have this issue.

Morning Michele, St Barth’s bronzer, I can’t remember the last time I used mine I don’t know why but I need to. I really like the eye tints I have a few of the older ones. I’ve been on a declutter and pulled out a few of those Kevyn Aucoin shadows in the roller ball which I couldn’t get to grips with, messy and faffy I was going to throw but decided to have play. I used a small bit of glitter glue and swiped it on top, I love it especially the rose gold one so pleased I kept it. I really like that lip colour on you Michele perhaps because it doesn’t come across on camera as pink pink and the lack of shine makes it less obvious. I agree on the formula of the lip maestro’s, I never wear mattes but these are so comfortable and don’t age my already prune looking lips. Love the whole natural look

You're reminding me how beautiful the Eye Tints are 😍 Totally agree about the Lip Maestro formula too, one of the most comfy out there. Pretty look! I think if the lip colour were a bit more blue/red or blue/pink (brighter - I'm not good with colour theory!) it would be even more flattering on you.

Yay!!! Finally!!! I have the exact same Chanel product, and I do put cream blush AFTER powder on purpose! It's my all time problem with all cream blushes (though I love the effect they give on the face): they absolutely vanish from my cheeks in about 15 min. And puting them above powder make them work longer... I discovered that accidently too ))

Oh Michele- I ordered the LBP in a different shade on Saturday and now I want your shade. LOL!! I have been intrigued with those for a long time and after watching Dre Dre Does Makeup - I wanted one. You go girl I wore the Chanel LBP today actually! I had 5 mins to do makeup literally bcoz of an appt. I did NARS Light Reflecting Powder (I put down powder 1st like u do!), LBP, tom Ford espresso blew pencil, Damn Girl mascara & nude Chanel lip pencil gloss. I’m going to touch it up after brunching I’ll have more time to add tightline eyeliner (kvd lash liner or maybe cake liner & another coat of mascara-curl lashes) you are an inspiration I love ur videos & keep cranking out gr8 content!

I have Rose Ashes and Senso in the old Armani Eye Tints. I love that product. I’m so glad they didn’t discontinue them. Such a fresh and pretty look on you! I’m surprised by how well that Chanel compact performed. How was the staying power with it? Did it fade during the day over time? Thanks for the video. I’m inspired to do some cream products myself for today after seeing this. 💚

I don’t even like powder typically (dry skin) and that damn La Prarie loose powder is SO good. I hate the fragrance....but it is better (hard to believe) than their new pressed powder foundation. Spiced smoke 😍😍 I think you look great in pink lipstick 💜

That pink lip is so beautiful on you! I own senso in the older packaging its basically my lids but better shade for me (my lids are way more dark than the rest of my face). It's a beautiful finish and I never have creasing with it so I am glad they have kept this shade and the formula the same. Also what is the yellow bracelet you are wearing?

Great look! Will you review the Serge Lutens complexion perfector and the cream foundation. I just purchased it and have never tried anything so divine before. I would like to try more of the line. We like the same thing in foundation. This is the real deal. Lisa Eldridge interviewed SL which made me try this. OMG. I'm curious to see what you think. Very niche and very special. You do need the complexion perfector underneath though.

Maybe try coloring your lips in almost completely with a more tan lip liner (that one from Sisley) and then apply that pinky matte lip from Armani- My faves are the neutrals, red/oranges, bronzes and even reds on you :-). I’m really getting curious to try that TF Mascara that you say is your new favorite.. Does it hold your lashes in a curl better? I am trying to recall why you said you liked it so much- thanks ;-)

Like the eye look, not the lips. Reminds me why I don’t buy a lot of their lip products anymore. I gave up on the Chanel as I found it dry and draggy on my skin. One of the few fails for me when I’ve pretty much bought & loved everything else this season.

Makeup artists swear by the technique of cream then powder set for longevity and glow; but I think if you’re combo or oily, or react more moist in any way when wearing a layer of product on the face, doing it in reverse (powder then cream) might cause the product to melt off a bit faster as the cream doesn’t adhere to your skin but just mixes with the powder and creates a heavier product.
