The series isn’t a 4 koma, it was actually a web manga (published on twitter) that got enough traction to eventually get an official release, cool to see this series get the recognition it deserves

@@BocVel There definitely will. I can't remember when it exactly starts, but I do remember the second half of the series will have them. And based from what was shown in the trailers, the anime might cover the entire series up until the very last chapter. For now, just enjoy the ride and watch as their relationship and chemistry grows further

twitter manga is the hardest way to get it done, they literally have no sponsoring or publishing, they can only rely on their own talent and hope to gain an audience. I respect the fact this author got an animation, and a good one even

Fun Fact, 3 years ago, Saori Hayami (Rin’s VA) and Okamoto Nobuhiko (Eiji’s VA) already did a voice over of the gym scene where they start the “harem” acting. It was bound to happen and we got it this season

I think its translated as imp-chan since he said 小悪魔ちゃん (koakuma-chan) which means little devil and imp is usually depicted like a smaller demons in media.

This is a really fun and cute show, I quite like all the flirting between them. It's mixed in with some good cringe. I always enjoy shows with this kind of chemistry, and the voice actors seem to be having fun with it.

Parts of the US use circles for correct answers too. I have never seen checks for incorrect answers tho. If you just view them as slashes it makes more sense. Circle for correct, slash for wrong.

In the manga translation i read "imp-chan" was translated as "cheeky chan" which i think fits better

What I loved about the manga was the protags engagement with their dynamic, too many romance manga have a very passive male character but this was a back and forth that proved extremely enjoyable and wholesome.

I've seen some complaints about the animation and art, but the manga art was pretty simple so I think it is fitting. In the manga the charm is driven by interaction rather than visuals and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope it does well because I know of a few more good short form (50-60 chapter) romcom mangas that would be nice to see animated.

There's a time skip between the first scene and the rest. Iirc the first scene was a flash back in the manga and the story itself started with the conversation about the harem, which took place when they already knew each other for a while
