I'm guessing that when Nagi got that goal at the end, he kicked it full force to fake out Rin (and make him eat grass), which killed the balls momentum and caused it to pop up slightly, then he spun and kicked it into the goal (which for some reason they decided to just animate the beginning and end of the action).

Nagi faked a full power shot at the same time he barely touches the ball, but that gives te ball the spin necessary to go up and then down again to the final shot

When Nagi turns it up and we see the puzzle effect immediately on Isagi it's so fire. Isagi's instantly like "Oh you can do this too? Hold up, lemme restructure my game plan since you're being so proactive"

music was insane, animation was awesome. they're doing justice to every moment from this game, especially isagi's evolution showing that he's one of the beasts on the field yeah in the manga it's always devour, and once they started saying it, they just say it more and more lmao i wont say anything but you said something this video that just makes me question how big your brain is, kind of like how you caught Shinichiro in one of the s2 episodes for tokyo youre so perceptive the move nagi did was a fake volley in order to get rin out of his way. he pretty much let the ball hang in the air by putting a spin on it with his trapping so he could shoot after shaking rin off. fucking disgusting

Barou didn't do much this episode because his hands are still full so far with countering tokimitsu's strength but i feel he will overcome that next episode with his goal since chigiri and nagi already have one.

choosing rin wouldn't make any sense for isagi's team, since isagi himself already occupies the exact role rin would be bringing. getting bachira wound instead massively boost the combinations and reactions of the all-devourers.

someone that understand soccer, please tell me if fake volley is actually a thing, because i think this move is completely impossible in real life, since the ball is moving in front of you, if you fake a shot, the ball will go beyond your reach for the actual second shot after your body recover from the fake shot movement.

this is only my assumption but i think isagi will lose and will get picked by rin's team bcs there's no way they will win over rin, who is at the top of the top in blue lock, esp bcs i heard that there are more than 1 season of this anime, but i will be sad tho... rn isagi's team is literally my dream team :")) chigiri :((
