Dear Fr Warner, your commentary on the history of the divided kingdoms of Israel & Judah in Kings was so well documented & presented, that we were able to follow the successive lineage of the Kings in this narrative. The book encompasses so many unique events testifying to God's continuous work among his people. God did not forget his promise to David & spared the life of Joash as heir to the throne. We learn from Kings 2 how to live in a way to receive the Lord's protection & avoid seccumbing to Satan & temptation. Thank you Fr - your teaching was excellent.
