@@n6cidI'd rather surrender a firearm, over being asked to step out of the vehicle. Separating a person from a loaded firearm during a traffic stop insures both the officer and civilian goes home without any extra holes. It's a safety issue, if you can't see that you don't deserve to carry a firearm.

Motorcycles don't have seat belts Most cars built before 1964 don't have seat belts. It is lawful to not wear a seat belt where one is not fabricated from factory. The great thing about this country is that you have the freedom to pick either side of the spectrum. Some people might love you for your choice, some might hate you for your choice, but at the end of the day I'm just thankful that I HAVE that free choice, and I respect whatever choice anyone else decides to make.

I formed my opinion of Frank from watching these videos so I also made up my own mind. He's my favorite cop who I love to hate. I can't stand how condescending he is and how he talks down at people. Discovering he is on the Brady List and essentially fired from 2 other agencies is only icing on the cake.

Haven't been stopped in...gosh, 30 years now, so I haven't had to cry in front of a cop. But, if I got stopped, I would. Awesome traffic stop: 😅😂🤣The driver did everything that was required... even the driver had a firearm in the car. What went wrong? Absolutely nothing. The driver informed the Officer there was gun inside the vehicle and where it was located. [inside glovebox] The Officer retrieved it for his safety during the stop. Then, later the officer handed the gun back to the driver and gave him a tip that the gun needed some oil. Priceless. ❤💪🏾🚔

Got my license at 16. My 1st ticket, I was 41. It was for failing to stop at a traffic light. 3 demerit points & $110.00 fine. 13 years since & I stop at *all* stops now. I went to court & got the points dropped, so my insurance wouldn't go up. Wish the officer had been as nice as Dep Sloup.

What people are filing to mention is the frequency, and level of the violations: 30 MPH over the speed limit is DANGEROUS on ANY road.

I hope I'm wrong when I say Frank is a rare breed. My guess is this guy would do extremely well at any profession he chose. Thank God it was law enforcement.
