the court system is too weak and broken..I was nailed in wisconsin in 1968 for speeding at night no driver lic.and a case of beer...But was not drunk at all...16 yrs old....got 2 weeks in jail rite then...$1200 in fines and another 3 weeks in jail after school was out.....and breakfast was 1 tin cup of old coffee and 1 dried out white doughnut....oh yea and took any chance of a drivers licence till I was 18.....now they just do bout nothing.....I learned n never did anything ever again...perfect record n over 70...
