I used to stop there often when living in the Asheville area and would ride my motorcycle on the BRP. Pretty area but it’s never been much more than a “don’t blink or you’ll miss it” place. I think with the name, a lot of people imagine it would be maybe a smaller version of Helen, GA, but it’s not. Still if you’re nearby, it’s worth checking out.
