what about mint, same procedure as other greens? I've tried your method with coriander leaves and 5th day today and they still look fresh :-) After trying so many methods from so many other channels finally I found success with your method , thank you. The mint powder you make can be used as a substitute instead of fresh leaves in biryanis or non-veg dishes? Does it give an acceptable level of taste as fresh leave? You say 5- 10 kgs of shelled peas will fit into a 1 kg packet? IS that all? And the cover you have used for coriander is what size? What should i ask for in terms of size in the shop?
