If you like any kind of fried chicken then this recipe is for you. It's simple to make, the chicken juices remain sealed and moist, plus the beer flavoured batter is extra crispy. The trick is to fry it twice.

You could certainly use parsley but the green onion is what gives it a lot of flavour. What about parsley and a little chopped shallot?

I usually use peanut of canola oil for frying. Yes per serve there's hardly any alcohol but in such high temperature, it all evaporates so no problem for kids.

@@recipe30 well i'm not a professional youtuber and i understand your concerns about getting people to your website, but i am a professional youtube addict and food enthusiast =)), clicking on a link is not so hard but people have to search all your website for the exact recipe, at least i think, changing the home page link with recipe link would be a good idea. this recipe was one of the bests i found compared to some other videos and it would be a miss if people leave this video because the amounts are not in the video and its description nor in the link.
