1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 cup flour
For Flour Mix (Dry Brine):
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne (if you want it spicy!)
