Goat is one of Haiti’s most popular cuisines! In this video I am preparing tender fried goat with fried fritters to accompany.
I used our restaurant’s very own Neguess Creole Haitian Epis to marinate the meat before frying it to perfection.

Ya. Spreading bacteria all over the place. It's not necessary. Cooking the meat kills any harmful bacteria anyways. But. That goat does look amazing.
