Thank you! My man is Haitian and I am trying to learn how to make Haitian Food and speak Creole 🙂 Edit: That seasoning must stay in our refrigerator. It goes in everything 😂 Plus the cleaning meat thing, you ain’t lying! Lime and boiling water goes on all meats, and vinegar goes on some.

parsley 1 Onion cilantro Red Bell Peppers scallions/ green onion •chicken bouillon •garlic •Extra Virgin Olive Oil •Vinegar • water Pretty much, you just blend them together

Nope, you gotta clean your meat. I am a classically trained chef and use to get yelled at by my chef instructors when I was in culinary school, because I would clean my meat with some form of acid.
