Fredrick von Hayek reminded the World what Adam Smith observed with the workings of the market place. Hayek broaden Economics by his interests into social philosophy. How the market place allowed for personal freedom, by the interactions of buyers and sellers and their dependence on one another. A system that could only work if both became beneficiaries of a successful relationship. " Road to Serfdom " spelled out Hayek's wisdom of the Market Place and the Political Arena. Fredrick von Hayek was truly a Giant of the 20th. Century

1. The Dunning Kruger effect brings about legislative central planning. The resulting disaster that must ensue compounds belief in the very effect that caused it to begin with: "we need better planning". The ultimate result is tyranny. 2. The purpose of the tyranny will be a futile attempt to "fix" the original problem but must result in an attempt to quell the social unrest the planning brought about to begin with. 3. The central planners/socialists/tyrants will maintain their control and tyranny whatever the cost rather than admit to having been victims of the Dunning Kruger effect and relinquishing their control and prosperity. Points 2 and 3 are interchangeable.

Fun fact: Hayek was adamant about the role of the state or a government to ensure security against the risks of poverty, unemployment, disease, etc. He was therefore for universal mandatory healthcare, unemployment insurance and even an assured minimum income enforced or provided by the state. He saw no conflict between individual freedom and a comprehensive system of social insurance. In other words: Anarchocapitalists, trumpists, trickle down economists etc. falsely claim Hayek´s ideas for their own notions of social darwinism and cut throat capitalism. Hayek would be considered a socialist by them if they weren´t allowed to cherrypick those parts of his views fitting their agenda.

Do you know the strata system of Colombia? There are 6 legally sanctioned social strata, in the lowest, the one, two and three live the citizens who receive subsidies in services (water, gas, electricity). In the highest, five and six, those who pay these aid with bills higher than their consumption, the system has not solved anything and instead has ended up increasing inequality and exclusion, many people prefer to be qualified in the lower strata to not paying so many taxes and receiving subsidies, the highest strata take their money out of the country so as not to pay so many taxes, even in love announcements advertisers clarify that they belong to this or that stratum to avoid misunderstandings.
