TBHC was the first "rock" and arctic monkeys album i listened and i was so into it that now is my favourite album of all time. Iremember first listening to Star Treatment because a girl i talked to saw me playing the piano and asked me to play this tune, so i learned it and then with the first line "I just wanted to be one of the strokes" i started listening to Julian's work and lots of rock bands then

Alex Turner once said in interview, all the songs are different stories in this futuristic hotel and casino in the moon and relationships, characters and scenariod that aren't that developed, the only character recognizable is Mark, the host and owner of the casino, who sings about how technology is avanced that even Jesuschrist works for him, and you can have God in videocall while you do other stuff Four out of five is also a Mark song, describing the hotel as an attractive touristic place to stay Star Treatment is about (for me) about a guy returning to earth Also The Martini Police is Alex Turner's Lounge pop band name And the chorus from She Looks Like Fun refers to an old guy watching a girl's profile in Instagram and her captions Snowboarding Cheeseburger Key changes, etc
