I took you with me for a sleep study. I didn't sleep well but the little bit of sleep that I did get, it was because I was told I could finally listen to KZfaq. It’s so stupid that they don’t let you have phones during the sleep study unless you absolutely need it. Like in today’s day and age you have to have it sometimes to get good sleep. They swear up and down that it’s because “it keeps you awake” when I think it’s just because they don’t want you video taping or something while in the study. I think total while I was there I got maybe 30 minutes of sleep, I would have been able to get a lot more if I was able to watch asmr. Or something, just in a dark room nothing at all I couldn’t even see what the time was. It felt like a prison cell.

What can a person do about tinnitus?

@@robsutherland5744 There are medication, exercises, physical therapy modalities. It really depends on what caused it, and you. I would start with an audiologist and the an ENT doctor. For me nothing has worked, so counseling helps and things like ASMR that distract me from it. I pray you find relief quickly.

@@robsutherland5744 not a lot sadly. There are medications, diet modifications, physical therapy/ chiropractic modalities, and exercises. However a lot depends on the cause and your physiology. I would start with an ENT specialist that works with neurology. I pray you find relief.

@@robsutherland5744 It depends on you and what caused your tinnitus. I would see and ENT and/or a Neurology doctor. There are meds, exercises, chiropractic and physical therapy modalities that can help.
