I’m happy it wasn’t shot on super 8, which would’ve been like shooting it on vhs. This piece is very nostalgic. Makes me think of sunny summers in my 80s youth. I grew up on film, and I still love the texture the grains of silver halide provide. There are some beautiful images in this piece. Nice framing, too. I also love that the white details on those gorgeous clouds aren’t blowing out, which is always an indication of amateur video cinematography. I know it wasn’t shot on film, but the quality and sharpness does remind me a lot 100ASA 16mm film stock, which I used a lot in film school. Keep up the great work!

@@drtzed Na man some of it has to be shot in 30fps. When she is running in the beginning, that is atleast 30fps(or higher shutter speed). Mabye its the compression on youtube.
