Running really does help with stress and relationships. It has helped me out of an emotional rut, just the act of running.

Hey, what kind of a girlfriend can't support her boyfriend when he's passionate about something like a sport? Good thing they broke up, that relationship seemed exhausting

That fake love .. Fake relationship for the girl.. I dont like that such like who dont support her bf with his passionate .. That why most of athlet do not have bf gf 😂

@@jumangekyo1667 ._. that's strange because I've always seen girls are more attracted to boys who are in athletics, more likely for sportsman to have gfs

It’s unrealistic because once you have kids, your kids will take up most of your time. Like, not your partner.

In 2019 I had my first significant relationship, it was as good and fullfilling as it could be, and precisely because of that it was harsh when it ended. I remembered that I couldn't cry the first month, I was surprised by that, I knew it was finished for good but, I guess , I was subconsciously negating the pain, rationalizing the whole situation in an attempt to avoid the emotional stress. That was a coping mechanism, me trying to detach the pain I was feeling. I lost the motivation to live, I was functional but hollow. I remembered watching this clip one night after finishing my very last paper (at that time I was at the end of my major) and then it happened, I broke in tears. All the feelings, I've been holding back, hit me. This particular scene resonated so much with me, Shindo's pain really hit close to home. After that I ended up running at 11 pm, and running my very first half-Marathon two months later. I needed it, I needed to feel my heart bumping, the sweat on my brow, and the warming feeling of my blood running through my body. It made me feel alive. It kept hurting, It still does, but running helped me to accept those feeling and begin to heal. I love this anime and I am really grateful to encounter this in the perfect timing.

Such a wholesome story from you. I'm sorry about your loss of that relationship, but it's great to see how you let that pain blossom into something wonderful that belongs to you in a wholesome way. Wish you all the best on your journey.

I wish I had a bf like shindo. I would be more understanding considering college takes up a lot of time. I know couples who can only hang out once a week and make it work.

It's nice to see that his character doesn't follow a stereotype, Musa is smart, artistic and gentle.
