Everything is worth whatever someone else is willing to pay. A $2 million dollar baseball card is worth $2 million to 1 or 2 other persons. Same for a $50,000 truck for example, a new pick up is worth $30,000 to me which I would be willing to pay...not $50,000.

The irony is that for it to become mainstream it needs to be regulated which goes against one of the main selling points of crypto. Also how do you scale up given how little crypto can be mined? Once all 21 million bitcoin is mined that is 21 trillion $ at current prices, the current GDP of the Utd States in just 1 years is $25 trillion.

Regulations do not change the property of crypto, they are also mostly applicable to centralized exchange. Market cap has nothing to do with GDP, completely two different concepts. Bitcoin also won't get mined completely til the year of 2140. You are very misinformed.

@@crypto_que Stock market also doubles roughly every 9 years. So assuming U.S does not collapse before year of 2140 and keeps the same growth rate. U.S stock total market cap will be 217088 trillions (currently 53 trillion) and that's U.S stock market alone. I don't even know what comes after trillion off the top of my head, and some random misinformed dude on the internet is worried about bitcoin having 21 trillion market cap lmao.

Bitcoin isn't crypto. It's Bitcoin. It had an immaculate conception. Which can never be replicated again. It existed for years without a price. No other token did or will. It's the most secure, highest hash rate. Second longest on time. Shoutout to Litecoin for that, but LTC price action speaks for itself. Long term, bullish. Short term, anything is possible.

Significant that Litecoin has been the top coin for payments transactions for the last 5 months on the oldest and most established crypto processor. Last month 41% for Litecoin. Bitcoin close behind. Dogecoin merge mining ⛏️ with Litecoin could also be significant in reducing miners selling pressure and securing both networks.

Polygon is a side chain not an L2. You could have chosen either Arbitrum and Optimism. Most of crypto are vaporware, ie they have zero use. Good when you catch one that takes off but know when to sell and take profits. Most will just lose money though.

All it does it to create artificial demand for graphic cards, consume gigawatts of electricity, and in the end you still have to covert it to fiat currency to be able to use it. It never provides true value. All you do is speculate the price hoping somebody would buy yours at a higher price. No product is ever created.

I'll save you alot of time and lost funds in this space: the crypto cycle runs in approximately 2.5 year cycles. When it's in a low bear market buy all you can and hold. From the bottom of the market, wait 2.5 years (app.), sell when the bulls are running the Pi Cycle peak. That's it, everything else is noise and posturing.

There’s no way to ensure gold is rare. Every few years millions of tons in deposits are discovered. It happened in Russia and in The Congo. Gold is also backed by violence and destruction to rip it from the Earth and STEAL it from poor disenfranchised people. Bitcoin is so simple and yet people don’t understand it.
