Hello Sir. How are you Sir? Option A. The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.21m VIP lounge or Bar space 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m Total 45sqm. Option B Lounge 6x5m Dining 3.6x3m. Total 40.8sqm Sir please these two living rooms which one is luxurious? Which one would require more land space? Which option is best?

You are a great engineer my Friend Dawin. All your plans are so nice. I love the idea of dummy Columns and the way you control the pipe network in the building. All the elevations are so attractive, and the choice of colors, the windows are all standing tall. Keep it up, Engineer Dawin.
