Great video! I switched to Djay Pro AI primarily for the stem feature (and I was in between laptops so only had my iPad Pro 11 for a short time) I tried to go back to Serato after getting an M1 Macbook and found that the grids do not seem to work as accurately as DJay Pro. Sliding the grid is more intuitive and can be done seamlessly while mixing live. This is a major selling point for me because I do live stem remixing with my drum machine using the Ableton Link integration.

Great video! I have a Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 and have switched from Traktor. I got rid of my intel macbook pro and used an older iPad for a while. Now I only use the S2 with my iPhone13 and an extra Akai APC mini which is perfect for the looper in Djay pro. My master out goes to IEMs and cue goes to over ear headphones. That way I have a silent portable setup. The only annoying thing about using an iPhone is that the looper is limited to 6 rows compared to the iPad and mac.

Great job showing it’s power and flexibility! I’m a Serato user and have had djay on my iPhone since its first iteration so it allows me classic on my iPhone and iPad as well as letting me use it with my still full featured Pioneer DDJ SX2 and my MacBook. The mapping is almost identical but sync mode acts like a sync mode should it’s always locked after being activated once. Cheers

I’m assuming, since iPhone 15 pro’s and this with the 16 pro’s and beyond with their high-speed USB-C connections, they will be able to connect to a lot more DJ equipment in the future. And maybe Apple will come out with a software, called DJPlay using Djay Pro Ai, which will connect to a lot more media DJ players.

So I came here looking for an answer. I saw a DMC DJ use turntables with his phone. I am assuming that it’s this app. How does he use turntables or how can I use CDJs with an iPad or iPhone?

..its an amazing dj software....but there's no bass&treble controls for the mic input....i just cant believe!! its so frustrating...regards
