You were patient and educated him on the the benefits of seller financing. Like how you got him to tell you what is he going to do with the cash and he said invest. And you turned it right around told him thats what he would be doing financing it! Awesome segment Pace

I would say definitely its good to have the knowledge of creative finance. Objections were fulfilled. I do believe having a 3rd party talk with the seller helps. Structuring the conversation was a great help too and it opened him up some more. Good stuff... Tapping into his psychology eliminated his initial "not interested". He didnt even know what it was lmao

I think that you first have to be knowledge about the housing market and know exactly what's on the market.also i believe that having the necessary different methods or rebuttals helps for those at first stubborn reluctant sellers.overall just having confidence keeps u in control of the conversation. Your gifted. I enjoy watching you. Thank you for sharing your techniques. I've always been awful with negotiations and I hope I can improve. Just to clarify, If I'm going to buy a house in pre-foreclosure using seller finance, the sell price is the outstanding balance that is due on the loan? And the monthly payment is the monthly payment the seller already has in place with the bank? This is in contrast to the situation above where you are determining the sell price with the owner and the monthly payments? Am I getting all of this correct? Thank you in advance.

Don’t think talking about charity was a good thing if it was not true. There are better ways to talk about what will you do to the property. As for the rest of it, it was great to educate and have the person deal with their one numbers.

Pace, really interesting video and thanks for sharing. I noticed during this call you never once pushed back on any numbers or amounts he wanted for house. Are you really willing to pay $270k as discussed in call or at this point are you merely getting the client comfortable with the idea of selling financing? Will you drill into the actual price on a later call? Thanks for help, really appreciate it.
